Parking spaces are available on the private property.
The municipality of Tremosine sul Garda is located at an altitude of 414m, which means it has some narrow roads. Therefore, for the approach/drive to the house (steep), we do not recommend a low-lying vehicle or sports car.

Villa Oliva is situated in a quiet residential area above the charming town of Pieve, a district of the municipality of Tremosine sul Garda.
The center of Pieve can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.
In Pieve, there are shopping facilities, cafes, ice cream parlors, restaurants and pizzerias, a gas station, bank, and pharmacy.
The Alto Garda Nature Park is located right behind Villa Oliva and invites you to extensive hikes and mountain bike tours.
