Villa Oliva is situated in a quiet residential area above the charming village of Pieve, a district of the municipality of Tremosine sul Garda. The center of Pieve can be reached in a 10-minute walk. In Pieve, there are shopping facilities, cafes, ice cream parlors, restaurants and pizzerias, a gas station, bank, and pharmacy. The Alto Garda Nature Park is right behind Villa Oliva and invites you to extensive hikes and mountain bike tours.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, Lage und Aussicht gemäß den Bildern. Zu ergänzen ist, dass das Doppelbett 160 cm breit ist und die beiden Einzelbetten sind aus unserer Sicht renovierungsbedürftig (durchgelegene Matratzen, Lattenrost mangelhaft). Für die Zufahrt zum Privatparkplatz (ca. 20-25% Steigung mit spitzem Winkel) empfehlen wir ein KFZ mit Bodenfreiheit und Rückfahrkamera. Laternenparken in fussläufiger Umgebung nicht möglich.

Die Wohnungen und der Pool erfüllen jegliche Wünsche der sorglosen Urlaubsfreude. Die jungen Eigentümer sind sehr gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen freudig im Juli 2022 wieder. Bedenkenlose Empfehlung zur Urlaubsbuchung wird uneingeschränkt gegeben. Viel Spaß am herrlichen Gardasee, mit all den Sehenswürdigkeiten des erlebnisreichen Landes.
