The municipality of Tremosine sul Garda is situated at an elevation of 414m and therefore has some narrow roads. For the approach/drive to the house (steep), we recommend against using a low-riding vehicle or sports car.

Villa Oliva is situated in a quiet residential area above the charming village of Pieve, a district of the municipality of Tremosine sul Garda. The center of Pieve can be reached in a 10-minute walk. In Pieve, there are shopping facilities, cafes, ice cream parlors, restaurants and pizzerias, a gas station, bank, and pharmacy. The Alto Garda Nature Park is right behind Villa Oliva and invites you to extensive hikes and mountain bike tours.
