The municipality of Tremosine sul Garda is located at an altitude of 414m, which means that some of the roads are narrow. Therefore, for the approach/drive to the house (steep), we recommend not using a low-slung vehicle or sports car.

Villa Oliva is located in a quiet residential area above the charming village of Pieve, a district of the municipality of Tremosine sul Garda. The center of Pieve can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. In Pieve, there are shopping facilities, cafes, ice cream parlors, restaurants and pizzerias, a gas station, a bank, and a pharmacy. The Alto Garda Nature Park is right behind Villa Oliva and invites you to extensive hikes and mountain bike tours.
