Cancellation policy
Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter or e-mail to the agency.
a) If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival on the premises: the deposit remains the property of the owner. If the accommodation could be re-rented at the same price, the deposit is returned to the tenant, minus the fee for the booking.
b) If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the planned date of entry into the premises, the deposit and the balance of the rent remain acquired to the owner. If the accommodation could be re-let at the same price, the deposit and the balance are returned to the tenant, less the fee for the booking.
c) If the tenant does not show up within 48 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes null and void and the owner can dispose of the accommodation. The price of the rental remains the property of the owner.
d) If the stay is shortened, the price of the rental remains the property of the owner. There will be no refund, even partial.

Holiday destination
Very quiet location between the heart of the village with all shops (butcher, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, hairdresser, doctor, restaurant and tea salon) and the sea with unforgettable cliffs, ideal for a nice walk.
Varengeville-sur-Mer has always been and continues to be visited by famous artists who came here to find a light and atmosphere that cannot be found anywhere else. Many contemporary artists still live there and offer workshops by appointment.

Ein wunderschönes altes Haus, dem man sein Alter auch ansieht. Das Haus liess die Pflege vermissen die der parkaehnliche Garten regelmäßig erfuhr. Teilw. verfaulte Fensterrahmen die sich nicht öffnen ließen. Ein leicht modriger Geruch lag immer in der Luft. Ausgelegt für 10 Pers. waren Geschirr und Gläser nicht ausreichend vorhanden. Die Küchenausstattung und Sauberkeit entsprachen nicht dem, was man bei dem Mietpreis hätte erwarten dürfen. Leider gab es in keinem der Schlafzimmer einen Schrank um Kleidung aufzuhängen. Wir hatten ursprünglich ein anderes Ferienhaus bei dieser Agentur im März gebucht, das wir wg. der coronabedingten Grenzschliessung nicht nutzen konnten. Die Agentur war nicht bereit den Mietpreis zurück zuerstatten, bot uns jedoch gegen Aufpreis dieses Haus im Sept. an.
