Cancellation policy
Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter or e-mail to the agency.
a) If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival on the premises: the deposit remains the property of the owner. If the accommodation could be re-rented at the same price, the deposit is returned to the tenant, minus the fee for the booking.
b) If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the planned date of entry into the premises, the deposit and the balance of the rent remain acquired to the owner. If the accommodation could be re-let at the same price, the deposit and the balance are returned to the tenant, less the fee for the booking.
c) If the tenant does not show up within 48 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes null and void and the owner can dispose of the accommodation. The price of the rental remains the property of the owner.
d) If the stay is shortened, the price of the rental remains the property of the owner. There will be no refund, even partial.

Das Haus war in jeder Hinsicht in Ordnung. Das Ambiente im inneren (z. B. Kamine, rustikale Balken) hat uns gut gefallen. Viele überraschende aber gute Detaillösungen. Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt und Lokal in der Nähe. Zum Strand dauert es allerdings gute 20 Minuten zu Fuß (strammer Schritt). Schöner Garten. mit Sonnenliegen. Bilder im Internet nicht ganz aktuell.

Wir waren mit 3 kleinen französischen Bulldogen 10 Tage in Varengeville sur mer in diesem schönen kleinen Maison. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Frau van Roy war immer nett und hilfsbereit. Die Leute vor Ort ebenso. Varengeville sur mer ist ein kleiner verträumter Ort, an dem man abschalten und sich gut erholen kann. Der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt und wenn man sich mit den Gezeiten zurecht findet immer ein Ausflug wert. Wir würden das Haus sofort weiterempfehlen.
