The beautiful semi-detached stone house is located in the village Selina about 3 km from the town of Sveti Lovrec in Porec. It was renovated in 2014 and offers our guests pure wellness feeling.
The house is ideal for those who are looking for peace and want to enjoy the natural beauty of Istria. The house is not far away from the sea and the tourist places. The towns of Porec, Rovinj and Vrsar lure with a variety of attractions, events and good cooking.
Getting there
Salzburg-Villach-Karawankentunel-Ljubljana-Koper-Croatian border Kastel, for Umag-Pula (Istrian Y motorway) take exit Sv. Lovrec, direction Sv. Lovrec, take the second intersection and turn right, then turn again right direction Selina. In the village Selina take the second turning on the right. It goes uphill, arrived at the cross road above, you are almost directly in front of the house Andela.

Es war einfach alles perfekt. Als wir ankamen, wurden wir mit einer Schinken - Käseplatte empfangen, Olivenöl und zwei Flaschen Wein. Wir sind mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern angereist und hatten mehr als ausreichend Platz. Das Haus ist einfach riesig. Der Pool war ebenfalls super und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Eigentümer sind super freundlich und die Kommunikation (auf englisch) hat super funktioniert. Zwischendurch haben sie uns auch Kuchen rüber gebracht, total toll. Da das Haus sehr zentral gelegen ist, hat man auch keine weiten Wege für Ausflugsziele. Den Kindern hat es auch sehr gefallen, es war eine kleine Malecke im Haus mit sämtlichen Stiften, Wassermalfarbe und Papier. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage mit 3 Schlafzimmern mit eigenem Bad und Klimaanlage, toller umzäunter Garten mit schönem Pool der jeden Morgen gereinigt wurde und sehr nette Gastgeber.
