Getting there
Salzburg-Villach-Karawankentunnel-Ljubljana-Koper-Croatian border Kastel, direction Umag-Pula exit Rijeka-Pazin-Baderna, then turn right towards Porec, after about 4 km you will reach the village of Zbandaj. At the crossroads with traffic lights, turn left towards Radmani. Drive straight through Radmani until you reach the next village about 1.5 km away named Dracevac. Once in Dracevac, take the first left towards Montizana. After about one kilometer, you will see the house on the left side. It is the third house. We wish you a safe journey!

Wir hatten in diesem Ferienhaus einen wunderschönen erholsamen Urlaub! Mit acht Personen hatten wir sehr viel Platz, es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt! Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Der Pool war super und wurde mehrmals gereinigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren mit Freunden im Sommer 2019 in der Villa Splendida zu Gast. Mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern hatten wir ausreichend Platz, ein super ausgestattetes Haus. Die Villa liegt ruhig gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ärzte und Ausflugsziele sind aber schnell und gut zu erreichen. Die Fotos sprechen absolut für sich, die Villa ist liebevoll und charmant eingerichtet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Buchung lief reibungslos, wir hatten einen sehr netten Email Verkehr mit Frau Vasilj,die alle unsere Fragen gerne und geduldig beantwortete und uns auch vor Ort hilfreich zur Seite stand. Ganz vielen lieben Dank nochmal dafür! Auch die Eigentümer hießen uns herzlich Willkommen. Insgesamt war es für uns ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub, den wir lange in Erinnerung behalten werden. Eine absolute Empfehlung.
