Cancellation policy
The rental agreement can only be terminated in writing.
In case of cancellation by the tenant, the following costs will be incurred:
10% up to 90 days before the arrival day.
30% between the 90th and 30th day before the arrival day.
80% between the 30th day and the arrival day.
In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or later, the entire rental amount is due.

The distance to the North Sea beach is approximately 400m.
The white beach and dunes stretch for about 40 km. This is ideal for a beach vacation or for hiking in the characteristic polder landscape. The holiday park is located right by the dunes, thus in a beautiful and tranquil region in the north of Holland.

Hallo Familie Steiner,
vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub in Ihrem Ferienhaus! Die Ausstattung im Haus ist sehr gut. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich und der Garten sehr gepflegt (das ist leider nicht überall so). Das große Gartenhaus ist auch super für die Fahrräder und Strandsachen. Weitere Pluspunkte sind der Autostellplatz am Haus, der kurze Weg zum Strand und der mobile Zaun für unseren Hund. Und natürlich auch der sehr, sehr freundliche und nette Kontakt mit Ihnen. Wir würden sehr gerne nächstes Jahr wieder kommen. Liebe Grüße Fam. Pausch

Die besten Betten in einem Ferienhaus, in denen wir je geschlafen haben. Ansonsten wirklich gute Ausstattung mit vor allem genug Geschirr und Besteck. Herausragend waren die beiden Kinderschutzgitter unten und oben an der Treppe. Perfekt für unseren 2jährigen. Wir hatten einen wirklich entspannten schönen Urlaub in dem von uns so geliebten Park. Vielleicht noch zu erwähnen, dass das Ferienhaus zu Fuß relativ nah am Ausgang liegt und somit der Weg zum Strand auch schnell erreichbar ist. Danke an die netten Gastgeber Familie Steiner!
