Cancellation policy
The rental agreement can only be terminated in writing.
In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the following costs will be incurred:
10% up to 90 days before the arrival date.
30% between the 90th and the 30th day before the arrival date.
80% between the 30th day and the arrival date.
In case of cancellation on the arrival day or later, the full rental amount.

Holiday destination
The well-maintained holiday park is located directly behind the dunes and invites you to take a stroll with its canals and small ponds.
For our younger guests, there are plenty of play options: a swimming lake, soccer and basketball courts, play equipment, table tennis, trampoline, and go-karts.
Behind the dunes lies one of the widest sandy beaches in North Holland, complete with a beach restaurant and snack bar.
Mini-golf, trampoline, bicycle and go-kart rental, as well as a cafe-restaurant are located right in the park.

Liebe Familie Steiner,
Wwir hatten dieses Jahr schon zum 2x die freunde einen Urlaub in einem ihrer Häuser zu verbringen. Insgesamt war das schon dad 3 Haus. Das Haus Seestern 283 fanden wir sehr ruhig gelegen . Das Seegrass war hoch gewachsen ((Sichtschutz zum Gehweg) wir fanden besonders schön das der Seestern nur 1 Schlafzimmer hatte. Super im Sommer der Deckenventilator im Wohnzimmer. Und im Winter bestimmt der elektrische Kamin. Viel Schrank und Ablagefläche im Schafzimmer und Bad . Das Haus ist sauber und schön dekoriert, wir und unsere Xenia haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt auf ihrer Terrasse und am Strand den wir oft 2x besucht haben für lange Strandspaziergänge.Danke für den netten Empfang und den telefonisch Kontakt.Wir haben unser Haus für den nächsten Urlaub gefunden. Sehr netter Kontakt und eine Traumwohnung. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Ich darf leider nur fünf Sterne vergeben sonst wären es mehr. Vielen Dank an Familie Steiner, dass wir mit unserem Romeo eine so schöne Zeit in Ihrem Haus verbringen durften. Liebe Grüße Iris, Frank und der kleine Romeo
