Cancellation policy
Cancellation sounds unpleasant and is unpleasant indeed - for everyone. It is a pity when apartments stay vacant although other guests would have liked to stay here. Please let us know as early as possible. Many thanks!
Up to 8 weeks before arrival: 35 EUR processing fee
Up to 2 weeks before arrival: 50% of the rental price
For later cancellation: 75% of the rental price
Decisive for the staggering is our receipt of your written withdrawal.
If we can re-rent the holiday home if you cancel, there's only a processing fee.

Holiday destination
The holiday home is located at the edge of the forest of the lovely 2000 inhabitant village "Kallenhardt" near Rüthen. Situated on the northern edge of the Sauerland, it has huge mixed forests with superb designated hiking trails.
A new addition is the "Sauerland forest route", which leads directly past our front door. In close proximity there is the hiking meeting point "Rabennest" with path description, bakery, good gastronomy and cafe on site. The winter strongholds Willingen and Winterberg are 30-40 km away.
Getting there
Our particularly convenient shuttle service for you: we pick you up from the train station or airport and bring you to your holiday home.

gar nicht so weit von zu Hause... das "Rabennest", einfach super!!
wir waren begeistert von diesem Ferienhaus. super eingerichtet mit allem, was nötig ist.
diese Ruhe.... und der tolle Ausblick auf "Kallenhardt"... einfach schön ! das ganze Jahr ausgebucht.....kein Wunder. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Fa. Dohle.... wir haben die neun Tage bei Ihnen genossen !!!!
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Sehr schönes, modern eingerichtetes und gut ausgestattetes Haus, direkt am Wald gelegen, sodass wir schon morgens beim Frühstück die Ruhe und den schönen Ausblick auf den Ort genießen konnten.
Unsere Touren durch die Natur und die schöne Landschaft konnten wir direkt an der Wohnung starten.
Die Abende haben wir auf der Terasse ausklingen lassen, mal am Grill oder mit einem schönen Buch.
An dieser Stelle auch vielen Dank für die nette und hilfsbereite Betreuung durch die Familie Dohle.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder.
