Cancellation policy
Cancellation sounds unpleasant and is unpleasant indeed - for everyone. It is a pity when apartments stay vacant although other guests would have liked to stay here. Please let us know as early as possible. Many thanks!
Up to 8 weeks before arrival: 35 EUR processing fee
Up to 2 weeks before arrival: 50% of the rental price
For later cancellation: 75% of the rental price
Decisive for the staggering is our receipt of your written withdrawal. If we can re-rent the house in the event of cancellation, only the processing fee will be charged.

Holiday destination
The holiday home is located on the edge forest in the 2000 inhabitant village of "Kallenhardt" in the Arnsberger Wald Nature Park near Rüthen. Situated on the northern edge of the Sauerland, it has huge mixed forests with superb designated hiking trails.
A new addition is the "Sauerland forest route", which leads directly past our front door. In the immediate vicinity there is the hiking meeting point "Rabennest" with orientation aids and path description, grill and playground, as well as skiing and tobboganning
Getting there
Our particularly convenient shuttle service for you: we pick you up from the train station or airport and bring you to your holiday home.

Super schöne Ferienunterkunft, mit top Ausstattung und Service vor Ort, direkt am wunderschönen Wald gelegen, für Eltern, Kinder und Hund unvergesslich schön;-) Haus war in einem einwandfreiem Zustand und super sauber!
Vielen Dank an die Familie Dohlen, auch dass wir auf Ihrem unmittelbar in der Nähe gelegenen Bauernhof jederzeit willkommen waren!!!!
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, und dann hoffentlich mit Schnee;-)

Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder dort.
Die Umgebung war auch sehr schön man kann viel spazieren gehen im Wald. Alles okay!
