Cancellation policy
Our lump sum entitlement to cancellation fees for holiday apartments and holiday homes is usually:
From the receipt of the final booking confirmation up to 61 days prior to departure, 30% of the travel price,
- from the 60th to the 35th day before the start of the journey, 50% of the travel price,
- From 34th to 2nd day before departure 80% of the price.
- In case of late cancellation and no-show, the entire travel price will be charged.

Away from the Mediterranean mass tourism, which focuses in this region on the coastal towns between Livorno and Cecina, lies the "Apartment Fireflies 4" in the hilly hinterland of the coastal region.
Their location guarantees a successful compromise between private seclusion on the one hand and proximity to summer swimming on the other hand, which can be easily reached within half an hour by means of variable access roads to the Mediterranean Sea for motorists.
On clear days, the contours of the islands of Elba and Corsica can be seen in the western Mediterranean. In the village there is a well-stocked grocery store, a bar for the obligatory cappucino and the first-class restaurant 'Il Molinaccio'.

Unser Glühwürmchen ist uns mittlerweile ans Herz gewachsen!
Wer die Idylle sucht und unbeschwert die wunderbare Aussicht und Ruhe genießen möchte, ist hier exakt richtig!
Alles da, was man braucht zum glücklich sein...eigentlich würde auch schon entspannt zurücklehnen im Liegestuhl, guter Wein, herrliches Olivenöl, köstliches italienischens Essen, regionale Produkte aus den kleinen (Hof)lädchen, Lucca, eine Runde im Pool oder planschen im nahegelegenen Meer und einfach die Sonne genießen schon reichen...rundherum Erholung pur!
Nicht zu vergessen, der Kontakt mit einer äußerst freundlichen, unkomplizierten und lieben Gastgeberin, Anke Kruggel, sowie den sehr lieben Hausbesitzern!
DANKE für den tollen Urlaub, wir kommen wieder, hoffentlich geht die Zeit bis dahin so schnell vorbei wie beim letzten Mal!!
