Cancellation policy
Our lump sum entitlement to cancellation fees for holiday apartments and holiday homes is usually:
From the receipt of the final booking confirmation up to 61 days prior to departure, 30% of the travel price,
- from the 60th to the 35th day before the start of the journey, 50% of the travel price,
- From 34th to 2nd day before departure 80% of the price.
- In case of late cancellation and no-show, the entire travel price will be charged.

Moin,
wir waren ganz bewusst außerhalb der Saison für eine Woche in Santa Luce, augenscheinlich unter den wenigen Gäst:innen ohne "Fellnase".
Das Wetter war jahreszeitlich bedingt kühl und windig, tagsüber jedoch erfreulich sonnig und mild; unseren Tagesausflügen in die Region stand nichts im Wege!
Der persönliche Empfang durch Frau Kruggel war herzlich, die Unterkunft blitzsauber und mit allem Nützlichen ausgestattet.
Das große Grundstück mit Olivenbäumen usw. war eine Augenweide, der freie Blick gen Westen zutiefst entspannend.
Wir durften in dieser gemütlichen Unterkunft und schönen Landschaft viel Energie tanken, ebenso unser "Vollstromer" an der Wallbox direkt neben dem Ferienhäuschen.
Vielen lieben Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

2022, 2023 und 2024 geniessen wir immer wieder mit unserer Fellnase Gino vom Deutschen Königshof dieses traumhaft schöne Paradies. Es fehlt hier an nichts.....Top gepflegt, super Betreuung durch Anke Kruggel, der Allrounder Giuseppe immer zur Stelle, freundlich und stets bemüht. Wir fühlen uns hier wie zu Hause....Unser Gino liebt den eingezäunten Garten, wo er herumtollen kann. Ja was soll man sagen - hier muss man gewesen sein !! Vielen herzlichen Dank an die Besitzerin !! Wir haben bereits für 2025 wieder gebucht - und sind jetzt schon voller Freude auf 2025.......
Wohl gemerkt keine Kritik: aber vielleicht eine Anregung es wäre schön wenn man für seinen PKW auf dem Grundstück direkt am Haus ein Gerüst hätte um möglichst eine Beschattung herstellen zu können.
Man müsste dann nicht in den aufgeheizten PKW
