Cancellation policy
Our lump sum entitlement to cancellation fees for holiday apartments and holiday homes is usually:
From the receipt of the final booking confirmation up to 61 days prior to departure, 30% of the travel price,
- from the 60th to the 35th day before the start of the journey, 50% of the travel price,
- From 34th to 2nd day before departure 80% of the price.
- In case of late cancellation and no-show, the entire travel price will be charged.

Gleich bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich von der Gastgeberin empfangen, die uns mit Köstlichkeiten aus der Region (Pasta, Vino, Biscotti...) überrascht hat.
Die Region hat uns bei guten Temperaturen zum Biken motiviert, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Auch mit dem Fahrrad ans Meer zu fahren war unproblematisch. Natürlich ist der Standort dort für Ausflüge nach Pisa, Volterra u.a. empfehlenswert.
Wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt und uns unheimlich wohlgefühlt - besonders in dem wunderschönen Garten der Familie.

Wir hatten eine tolle und entspannte Woche zu Corona Zeiten in dem ganzen Haus verbringen dürfen.. Normalerweise ist es in zwei kleine Ferienwohnung mit Zwischentür aufgeteilt.. Die Besitzerin Michela hat uns mit Abstand aber freundlich begrüßt.. Uns wurden ein Päckchen Einmal - Masken, Desinfektionstücher und Händedesinfektionsmittel zu Verfügung gestellt, das Haus war tiptop sauber und war für ein ital. Ferienhaus top ausgestattet, selbst die zur Verfügung gestellten Handtücher waren von der Reinigung steril verpackt.. Wir konnten perfekt am gr. Pool entspannen und über die Weite der Toskana blicken.. Grazie Mille :) Vielen Dank auch für die Kommunikation im Voraus bezüglich der kurzfristigen Buchung... Wir kommen gerne wieder..
