MKF may charge a lump-sum cancellation fee as a percentage of the holiday property price as follows, taking into account the following breakdown according to the proximity of the time of cancellation to the contractually agreed start of the stay:
- up to the 90th day before the start of occupancy: 20%.
- from the 89th to the 70th day before the start of occupancy 30%.
- from the 69th to the 51st day before the start of occupancy: 40%.
- from the 50th to the 31st day before the start of occupancy 80%.
- from 30th day to start of occupancy 90%.

Holiday destination
Flayosc is a Provencal village in the hinterland of the Côte d'Azur. Here an 'all-inclusive holiday' of sightseeing is offered: the classic Provence and the Côte d'Azur are reachable every hour: to Aix-en-Provence approx. 75 km; approx. 35 km to the Lac de Ste. Croix; to St-Tropez approx. 73 km. Here, in Haut Var, one lives in a charming landscape that radiates peace. There are many picturesque Provencal villages, such as Tourtour right at the top of the mountain.

Lage und Ausstattung waren hervorragend. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos funktioniert. ...
Zu besuchen in der Umgebung ist unbedingt die Gorges du Verdon (Verdon-Schlucht) und dort sollte unbedingt eine Bootsfahrt mit Schwimmen unternommen werden.
- schöne kleine Dörfer im Hinterland in näherer Umgebung zu Flayosc die ein Besuch wert sind, z.B. Tourtour, Les Arcs...
