The south French villa has approx. 180 sqm living space and is located above the beach "Le Pradon" in Carqueiranne. Large kitchen, living/dining room with fireplace, SAT TV (German) and internet access (Wlan), in front a wide terrace with sea view.
Ground floor: two bedrooms, one with a 1,80m wide bed and one with a 1,40m wide bed.
Upstairs: one bedroom with two single beds and one with a 1.40m wide bed. Two bathrooms: one with bathtub, shower, washbasin and WC and one with shower and washbasin. A separate WC.
Summer kitchen and swimming pool (approx. 4m x 10m; depth: 0m to 2,00m) behind the house. Further house on the neighbouring property with common entrance (electric portal).

The southern French seaside resort of Carqueiranne is not far from the palm town of Hyères. The sandy beaches near Hyères on the Côte d'Azur are considered a surfer's paradise and the old town of Hyères means pure Provence. At the side of the connecting road to the peninsula of Giens, flamingos are founding in the last still operated saltworks of the Côte d'Azur.
The holiday home is located in a friendly residential area on the beach. One lives here in the western part of the Cote d'Azur and in the classical Provence, e.g. to Aix-en-Provence one needs only 1 hour by car. The location is therefore very practical for excursions and relaxing.
Departure should be made on Saturday to 9 clock.
Bookings are only possible from Saturday to Saturday.
Availabilities will be updated from Monday to Friday.

MKF may charge a flat-rate cancellation fee, taking into account the following breakdown according to the proximity of the time of cancellation to the contractually agreed start of the stay, as a percentage of the holiday property price as follows:
- up to the 90th day before the start of occupancy 20 %.
- from the 89th to the 70th day before the start of occupancy 30 %.
- from the 69th to the 51st day before the start of occupancy: 40%.
- from the 50th to the 31st day before the start of occupancy 80 %.
- from the 30th day until the start of occupancy 90 %.
Departure should be to 9 clock. Sorry, no one-week bookings.
Heating if required, EUR 60 per week.
Rental of bed linen and towels on request without change possible
