Mr. Pachakis was building this holiday villa on two levels partly with natural stones in the traditional Cretan as well his personal style.
The house plot with a wonderful garden of wild nature is 400sqm on an undeveloped area of 3500sqm. The house is quiet located but still very central.
Through a covered terrace, made of natural stone, you come into the open plan kitchen with large dining table and the living area with open fireplace. The glass patio door in the living area leads to the second covered terrace and the garden.
A guest toilet with washing machine is also located on the ground floor.
The bedrooms with double beds (one of them also usable as 2 single beds), as well as the bathroom with shower are located on the upper floor.
For a 5th person we put an extra bed in the bedroom with the single beds or the separate studio can be rented.
From the hallway you reach also the balcony with a beautiful view of Pitsidia and its surroundings.
Quiet, central location in the village
In the garden grow olive trees, lemons, pepper, rosemary, oregano, cactus, pomegranates, quinces and a small vineyard is right next to the house.
For 5 persons we provide an extra bed (0,85x2,00) in the bedroom with the two single beds or in the living room.
We also provide a children's travel bed (0,65x1,30) free of charge on request.

Pitsidia is located on the central south coast of Crete and is about 65 km, an hour drive away from Heraklion Airport. The village is ideally situated to explore the world famous area attractions, such as the ancient palace of Phaistos and the archaeological site of Gortyna and Agia Triada, the Monastery "Moni Odigitria" and of course the beautiful beaches of Matala, Red Beach, Komos , Agiofarago, Ag.Pavlos, Tripiti, Preveli, etc. also, the museum in Vori is quickly reached.
You will find in the village minimarkets, baker's shop, restaurants, the breakfast cafe "Onira" where you can also borrow books, butcher, pharmacy horse ride farm and Car/Bike Rental.
The wonderful sandy beach Komo is reached in ca. 30 minutes on foot or 5 min. by car.
On the village square, there are in summertime some events with live music. These evenings have a great atmosphere.
Wonderful hiking possibilities are in the surrounding area and beautiful gorges.
Your Airport should be Heraklion Nikos Katzanzakis it is remote only to
hour ca.1,15 of Pitsidia and you can reach your vacation destination readily
with bus or organised taxi or car hire from us.

If we get a new booking in the canceled period, we only charge the difference.
In the event of a government travel ban you will receive a credit note for payments already made. This credit would be valid for 2 years. So you wouldn't lose anything....
Since January 1st, 2024, a tourist tax of 10.00 euros/night applies to holiday homes.
