Villa "Warka", probably unique in the world, is one of five charming holiday homes in a quiet location at the entrance to Pitsidia.
Two of them have ta private pool, three have a 50sqm shared pool, which is located separately on the grounds.
Villa Warka with communal pool is modeled after a ship, covers 60 m² of living space and is ideal for 2-3 people.
You will find many maritime elements that you have never seen before.
In the kitchen-livingroom, which is equipped with every comfort, there is a sofa in the living area, which can be used as a bed for a third person (child).
Over the stairs, whose vault is modeled on cliffs, you come into the stunning bedroom. From here you reach the spacious "Bug" terrace with fantastic views of the surrounding area and in the distance to the mountain "Psiloritis".
The bathroom on the ground floor has sink and toilet, a special shower that will take you into the underwater world of fantasies, is located on the upper floor.
The rooms of the villa have air condition, the windows are double glazed and with shutters and mosquito screens in addition to close.

Mr. Manolis Pachakis is the owner and builder of this charming place. He likes to work with wild natural stones, which he has lovingly integrated into the outside areas and the unique houses.
Experience Manolis's incredibly warm hospitality here. With great pleasure he prepares traditional delicacies from time to time or invites to a barbecue in his outdoor kitchen, which includes a stone oven, a grill and a large veranda.

Pitsidia is located on the central south coast of Crete and is about 65 km, an hour drive away from Heraklion Airport. The village is ideally situated to explore the world famous area attractions, such as the ancient palace of Phaistos and the archaeological site of Gortyna and Agia Triada, the Monastery "Moni Odigitria" and of course the beautiful beaches of Matala, Red Beach, Komos , Agiofarago, Ag.Pavlos, Tripiti, Preveli, etc. also, the museum in Vori is quickly reached.
You will find in the village minimarkets, baker's shop, restaurants, the breakfast cafe "Onira" where you can also borrow books, butcher, pharmacy and Car/Bike Rental.
The wonderful sandy beach Komo is reached in ca. 30 minutes on foot or 5 min. by car.
On the village square, there are in summertime some events with live music. These evenings have a great atmosphere.
Wonderful hiking possibilities are in the surrounding area and beautiful gorges.
Your destination airport should be Heraklion, as it is only about 70 minutes away from Pitsidia and you could easily reach your holiday destination by taxi, bus or rental car.

If we get a new booking in the canceled period, we only charge the difference.
In the event of a government travel ban you will receive a credit note for payments already made. This credit would be valid for 2 years. So you wouldn't lose anything....
The tourist tax introduced in Greece since January 1st, 2024 is 1.50 euros/night per accommodation.
