Up to 29 days before arrival, 20% of the rental price
28-21 days before arrival 50% of the rental price
20 - 8 days before arrival 75% of the rental amount
7 - 0 days before arrival we will ask for the entire rental amount.
If we get a new booking in the canceled period, we only charge the difference.
In the event of a government travel ban you will receive a credit note for payments already made. This credit would be valid for 2 years. So you wouldn't lose anything....

Holiday destination
Pitsidia is located on the central south coast of Crete and is about 65 km, an hour drive away from Heraklion Airport. The village is ideally situated to explore the world famous area attractions, such as the ancient palace of Phaistos and the archaeological site of Gortyna and Agia Triada, the Monastery "Moni Odigitria" and of course the beautiful beaches of Matala, Red Beach, Komos , Agiofarago, Ag.Pavlos, Tripiti, Preveli, etc. also, the museum in Vori is quickly reached.
You will find in the village minimarkets, baker's shop, restaurants, the breakfast cafe "Onira" where you can also borrow books, butcher, pharmacy horse ride farm and Car/Bike Rental.
The wonderful sandy beach Komo is reached in ca. 30 minutes on foot or 5 min. by car.
On the village square, there are in summertime some events with live music. These evenings have a great atmosphere.
Wonderful hiking possibilities are in the surrounding area and beautiful gorges.
Getting there
Your Airport should be Heraklion, since it is remote only to hour ca.1,15 of Pitsidia and you could reach readily with taxi, bus or car hire, your vacation destination. With pleasure I help you also at a car hire reservation.

Wir waren seit 2018 nunmehr das 7 mal bei Manolis in Pitsidia und es ist jedes mal ein wenig, wie zu Hause ankommen. Wenn dann der Abreisetag da ist, möchte man eigentlich gar nicht wieder weg. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf nächstes Jahr.

Wir hatten zweieinhalb Wochen wunderbare Zeit bei Manolis und haben seine besondere Gastfreundschaft genossen. Das Haus und der Pool lassen keine Wünsche offen und Pitsidia und die Umgebung verzaubern durch ihren Charme. Bärbel gibt wertvolle Tipps zu lohnenswerten Entdeckungen und hat immer ein offenes Ohr für alle Wünsche und Anliegen und während des Aufenthaltes kommt Nici regelmäßig zur Zwischenreinigung des Hauses. Wir kommen wieder!
