Cancellation policy
Our lump sum entitlement to cancellation fees for holiday apartments and holiday homes is usually:
- up to 61 days prior to departure, 30% of the travel price,
- from the 60th to the 35th day before the start of the journey, 50% of the travel price,
- From 34th to 2nd day before departure 80% of the price.
- In case of late cancellation and no-show, the entire travel price will be charged.

Wir waren nun schon das 2. mal in diesem Jahr im Glühwürmchen! Die Wohnung ist ein Traum!Es ist alles da was das Herz begehrt und es stellt sich schnell ein zuhause -Gefühl ein.alles ist sehr sauber, die Anlage top gepflegt! Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist absolut phantastisch. Unsere kids( 9 u.10 Jahre) waren hellauf begeistert von dem Pool! Auch wir Eltern hatten hier viele entspannte Stunden dank Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirmen und rundum glücklichen Kindern! Das Dörfchen Pastina ist ein Traum! Wir haben schon lange unser Herz daran verloren! Die Einheimischen sind alle sehr freundlich und herzlich. Frau Anke Kruggel hat uns sehr gut betreut - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Fahrt zu Meer dauert nicht lange aber ist jedes Mal ein tolles Erlebnis über die Hügel der traumhaft schönen Toskana !
