Holiday destination
Terrific location in the quiet, sophisticated section of the promenade. The villa is located directly on the beach, however it is only a few minutes on foot to the enchanting town centre, to the pier and to the magnificent spa house. Getting there
The Baltic resort Binz is located on the island of Rügen and the sun rises here, so to speak. Whether you travel by car or train - the Baltic resort Binz is easy to reach. By car: From Stralsund, you'll reach our island via the Rügendamm. Then all you have to do is follow the signposts for Bergen/Binz. By train: Most big cities offer an Intercity (IC) connection to Binz. In Binz, follow the road towards the spa administration building (Heinrich-Heine-Straße). Turn onto Schwedenstraße and you have reached your destination/villa Freia. We offer ocean-front apartments in a prime location with a magnificent view.

Wir kommen immer wieder hierher und sind jedes Mal von der sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichteten Wohnung begeistert. Die Ostsee lugt durchs Fenster, schon beim Wachwerden sieht man über die Seebrücke bis zum Kreidefelsen. Das ist schon sehr besonders! Da alle Fenster zur Seeseite zeigen, kriegt man vom Rest der Welt nichts mit. Das ist ein erholsames Refugium!

die stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt ist. Negativ zu bemerken ist allerdings, dass die hier verwendeten Bilder einen Meerblick zeigen, der in der Realität nicht existiert: Vor dem Wohnzimmerfenster stehen drei (zugegebenermaßen schöne) Kiefern, durch deren Zweige man nur "fleckenweise" das Meer sehen kann. Der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer ist etwas besser, entspricht aber auch nicht dem hier gezeigten Bild. Insgesamt gesehen bietet die Wohnung einen schöner Ausblick, aber eine großzügige freie Sicht auf das Meer gibt es nicht. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine gute Lage: Der Strand, die Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.
