Beautiful, spacious holiday apartment on the 2nd floor. It has two bedrooms and two very large balconies. A balcony (12 ! sqm) offers a marvellous sea view, the other (approx. 9 sqm) faces south. The apartment is recently and completely renovated, very high quality furnishings and will have an additional infrared sauna available as of summer 2019.
You will be staying in the historical part of Binz directly at the beach promenade. The distance from the house to the beach is just 25 meters!

You will be staying in the historical part of Binz directly at the beach promenade. The distance from the house to the beach is just 25 meters! The imposing Kurhaus, as well as the famous Binzer Seebrücke are only a few minutes away from the enchanting Villa Seestern. The main street ( pedestrian-only street) is right next to the pier and offers numerous charming shops and restaurants.
The Baltic resort Binz is located on the island of Rügen and the
sun rises here, so to speak. Whether you travel by car or train - the Baltic resort Binz is easy to reach.
By car:
From Stralsund, you'll reach our island via the Rügendamm. Then all you have to do is follow the signposts for Bergen/Binz.
By train:
Travel to Stralsund, continue by regional train to Binz. Villa Seestern is located directly on the beach promenade in the immediate vicinity of the spa complex Kurhaus.

Landlord/owner must receive written notice of cancellation for it be valid. Depending on the timing of the cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply:
up to 57 days before rental: 30% of the total rental price
up to 36 days before rental: 50% of the total rental price
up to 35 days before commencing travel: 100% of the confirmed rental price.
Laundry packages can be arranged with the housekeeper. The price is € 17,50 per person.
A laundry package includes bed linen, shower towel, 2 hand towels, floormat, dish towel.
