Cancellation policy
If you as a tenant cancel the booking of the holiday property, the landlord is entitled to compensation, which is standardized as a percentage of the total price, based on the time of the customer's withdrawal, as follows:
- up to the 50th day before the start of occupancy: 30%
- from the 49th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy: 50%
- from the 29th day before the start of occupancy: 90%
These cancellation fees do not apply to pandemic-related cancellations: If your arrival is legally prohibited due to border closures, travel or accommodation bans, you can, of course, rebook free of charge or cancel the booking.

Holiday destination
Capbreton is rightly considered one of the prettiest places along the coastal strip between Bordeaux and Biarritz.
As a neighboring town to the surfer's paradise Hossegor, Capbreton has managed to retain the charm of the small fishing village it was well into the 20th century. Even today, local fishermen offer their catch twice a day at the picturesque harbor with its yachts and sailboats. There is also a fishing museum with a seawater aquarium and a variety of partly excellent restaurants, as well as a casino.
Unlike many pure tourist destinations, Capbreton has a grown town center, a tastefully restored pedestrian zone, and a very well-stocked weekly market with fruit, wine, and vegetable vendors, butchers, and fish shops from the surrounding area. In summer, a merchant market with souvenirs and local products is also added.
In recent years, a dense network of excellently marked bike paths has been created, extending far beyond the neighboring towns of Hossegor to the north and Labenne to the south. Since a free shuttle bus also operates in the summer, you actually only need your car for excursions or larger purchases.
In addition to the four guarded Atlantic beaches, you can also swim at the Hossegor lake about 3 km away, which also has a fine sandy beach. Sailing and windsurfing courses are also offered there.
Due to its central location, Capbreton is the ideal starting point for excursions both north (Dune du Pilat, Bassin d'Arcachon) and south (Basque Country, Biarritz, San Sebastian, Pyrenees).

Das Ferienhaus ist toll und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Kinder haben besonders den großen und sauberen Pool genossen. Die Lage ist sehr gut: es ist wunderbar ruhig, aber alles ist dennoch gut erreichbar. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer war sehr angenehm und alles lief reibungslos. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Betreuung durch Herrn Bell: von Restaurantempfehlungen über Ausflugstipps bis hin zu Vorschlägen zu Wander- und Radstrecken wurden wir im Vorfeld mit umfangreichsten Informationen versorgt. Unbedingte Empfehlung!

Es war ein wunderschöner und erholsamer Urlaub.
Das Haus ist wirklich toll. in diesem Haus würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder ein Urlaub verbringen, da im Haus für uns als Senioren alles im Erdgeschoss zur Ebener Fläche ist.
Das Ferienhaus ist Komfortabel und umfassend ausgestattet und es fehlte uns an nichts.
Im herrlich gestaltetem Garten konnten wir auf der Terrasse und am Pool bestens entspannen und das herrliche Wetter genießen.
Unseren besonderen Dank gilt den freundlichen Besitzern, die uns herzlich empfingen und bei Bedarf schnell und unkompliziert zur Stelle waren.
Wir können das neue und modern eingerichtete Haus in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen.
