This very well maintained chalet with air conditioning is centrally located in Labenne-Océan on a beautiful, secluded lawn plot.
The holiday home L33 has laminate flooring in all rooms and is comfortably furnished. The wooden character dominates both inside and out. The brightly furnished living and dining room has a comfortable corner couch and a large flat-screen TV. An ultra-fast fiber optic internet connection is available free of charge.
There are two tasteful bedrooms. The larger bedroom is equipped with two 80 cm x 200 cm single beds and a walk-in closet. The smaller one has a large French bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and a built-in closet. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower and a sink. The toilet is separate.
The ultra-modern, open kitchen is very well equipped, including an induction stove with extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, fridge and freezer, and a dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer are also available.
