Cancellation policy
If you, as the tenant of the holiday property, withdraw from the contract, the landlord is entitled to compensation, which is standardized as a percentage of the total price, based on the customer's withdrawal date, as follows:
- up to the 50th day before the start of occupancy: 30%
- from the 49th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy: 50%
- from the 29th day before the start of occupancy: 90%
These cancellation rates do not apply to pandemic-related cancellations: If your arrival is officially prohibited due to border closures, travel or accommodation bans, you can, of course, rebook free of charge or cancel the booking.

Holiday destination
The beach is less than 200 meters away. The picturesque town center of the established town of Capbreton with an excellent weekly market and all shopping facilities, as well as the charming fishing and marina, are each about 1 km away. A fish market takes place at the harbor every day.

Host informationI have known the region for over 40 years. After acquiring a holiday home in the early 90s, the idea soon emerged to offer additional hand-picked accommodations from neighbors, friends, and acquaintances.

Erstmal vielen Dank an Herrn Bell und der Vermieter Familie. Einen so reibungslosen Ferienhausaufenthalt haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Alles hat gestimmt, von der Buchung bis hin zum ankommen. Es müssen nicht immer die bekannten Buchungsportale für so einen Aufenthalt genutzt werden.

Alles hat gestimmt von der gesamten Ausstattung des Ferienhauses bis hin zur optimalen Lage.
Der Strand zum Küstenabschnitt "La Piste" ist einfach genial zu ereichen und dann ein Kilometer langer Sandstrand vom feinsten. Am liebsten hätten wir uns in Capbreton nieder gelassen und Deutschland vergessen. Vielen lieben Dank und wir kommen gerne wieder bei solch einem Service von allen Beteiligten.

Sehr netter Kontakt mit Herrn Bell, jederzeit gerne wieder.
Unkomplizierte und schnelle Übergabe, Herr Bell war sehr hilfsbereit.
Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr nahe am Strand, wir empfehlen Fahrräder anzumieten um nach Capbreton, Hossegor etc zu fahren.
