Enjoy your holiday in an officially authorized vacation home (ETV/7572) by the Balearic Government! Our house is lovingly designed in the Mallorcan style and offers a generous 150 square meters of living space on two levels, plus 60 square meters of terrace space for 6 to 7 people. It features three spacious bedrooms upstairs with ample built-in wardrobes and air conditioning.
The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped, and there are two bathrooms – one upstairs with a walk-in shower and another on the ground floor, also with a shower. The open-plan living and dining area is equipped with satellite TV and Wi-Fi, and there is an additional cozy reading room/office on the ground floor. Outside, you'll find various seating and lounging options, a magnificent pool (7 x 3.5 m) with an outdoor shower, a charcoal grill, and phenomenal sea views from the rooftop terraces.
The use of air conditioning is optional: 50 € per stay is included. Beyond that, 0.40 € per Kw/h is charged with a separate meter.
From the rooftop terrace, there is a fantastic view of the sea. Parking is available on the property or in front of the house in the driveway.
The house is situated on a corner lot of 900 sqm. Therefore, the outdoor area is wonderfully spacious with various seating options that offer everyone a nice spot, depending on the position of the sun and preference (sun/shade), and the one-minute walk to the beach is unbeatable.

This beautiful Majorcan chalet is located on a quiet street, in the third line from the sea at Cala Llombards. It is still close (6 minutes walk) to the small infrastructure of the town and only 1 minute walk from the beach.

When booking/reserving, a deposit of 20% of the total rental price is required. The remaining amount must be paid at least 4 weeks before the planned arrival date or in cash upon arrival to the property management (the date of receipt of payment by us is decisive). For special offers, the total amount must always be paid in cash upon arrival. If this is not done, we are entitled to cancel your booking and rent the house to someone else. You have the right to cancel at any time before the start of the trip. The amount of the cancellation fees depends on when we receive your notice of cancellation. The following cancellation fees apply:
• Free cancellation up to 28 days before arrival
• 50% cancellation fee from 27 to 15 days before arrival
• The entire rental sum = 100% for later declared withdrawal or if the contractually agreed services are not used.
Notwithstanding these standardized cancellation fees, you retain the right to prove that the damage incurred was less. If you provide a suitable replacement tenant or if we can re-rent the property under the same conditions, the cancellation costs will be waived for the period of the re-rental. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
