The approximately 14,000 m² property is fenced off towards the street, mostly left in its natural state, and planted with fruit trees (picking is encouraged :-)). Directly by the house, guests have access to an area of about 1,000 m², partly planted with bushes, flowers, and palms. There is a beautiful, large, covered terrace with outdoor seating. To the side of the house is the large pool (10 x 5 m) surrounded by a lawn, with 6 loungers available at the pool and another small covered, cozy terrace as an ideal retreat. Between the house and pool, there is a large open space with a built-in barbecue area. There is also an external shower with WC available. The owners keep some chickens on a separate part of the property.
Natural stone walls and wooden ceiling beams in the living area and upper bedroom emphasize the original character of the house. The finca is furnished in typical Majorcan style. It offers additional comfort with SAT-TV (German channels), radio/CD. Internet access via Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron. Oil central heating. The 125 sqm house is spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor, you enter the living-dining area with a cozy wood-burning stove and the kitchen behind it, and two bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen offers, among other things, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, etc., and is specially equipped with a large, rustic decorative fireplace. From the living room, a staircase leads to the upper floor. There, there is a spacious bedroom with a shower bath. All 3 bedrooms will have air conditioning from 2023, which will be charged extra according to the meter.

The tastefully renovated, old natural stone finca with a beautiful view over the fields is located 1.2 km outside of Llombards, on the country road between Es Llombards and Ses Salines. The nearest beach is at Cala Llombards or Cala S'Almonia, about 6 km away. The beautiful long sandy beach Es Trenc is about 9 km away.
Arriving by car is recommended.

Upon booking/reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total rental price is required. The remaining balance must be paid at least 4 weeks before the planned arrival date (the date of payment receipt by us is decisive) or in cash upon arrival to the owner. If this is not done, we are entitled to cancel your booking and rent the house to someone else. You are entitled to cancel your trip at any time before the start of the journey. The amount of the cancellation fees depends on the receipt of your cancellation notice by us. The following cancellation fees apply:
- for a cancellation up to 46 days before the start of the rental period 20% of the rental sum,
- for a cancellation from 45 days to 10 days before the start of the rental period 40% of the rental sum,
- for a cancellation from 9 days before the start of the rental period as well as for later declared withdrawal and for non-utilization of the contractually agreed services, the entire rental sum (100%).
