If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period, without naming a substitute tenant for the same period who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the following proportional rents (excluding final cleaning) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses:

-up to 43 days before the start of the rental: 50% of the rental price
-up to 29 days before the start of the rental: 70% of the rental price
-up to 0 days before the start of the rental: 100% of the rental price

The Makarska Riviera is centrally located and offers numerous opportunities for those who want more than just a beach holiday, to take various excursions and visit attractions.
The city of Dubrovnik (a World Heritage site) can be easily reached by public bus or car in 2 – 3 hours. The journey along the picturesque coast, always with a view of the crystal-clear sea and the mountains, is a wonderful experience.
Hiking and mountain bike tours can be undertaken away from the traffic routes.
During the summer months, Podaca offers a variety of sports activities such as pedal boating, jet skiing, or boat trips to the beautiful islands of Hvar, Korcula, Brac, or to the Peljesac.
Other leisure activities include fishing, climbing, rafting, and paragliding.
Holiday destination
The secluded coves with crystal-clear water, where nudism is also tolerated, are located in the immediate vicinity, just a stone's throw from the holiday home. Solitude and closeness to nature are wonderfully combined.
The beach promenade starts right in front of the holiday home and invites you for evening strolls, during which you can enjoy the exquisite Mediterranean cuisine or a glass of wine in one of the konobas, cafes, or restaurants along the sea.
Just a 5-minute walk from the holiday home, you will find shopping facilities such as a grocery market, a fruit and vegetable stand with a rich fresh selection, as well as a post office.
A private parking space, where your car can be safely parked, is located in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home.
Getting there
Arrival
The village of Podaca is quite easily accessible by plane, car, bicycle, or even public transport. It is located exactly between Split and Dubrovnik. Split airport is only 90 km away. You can also rent a car directly at the airport and reach the holiday home in about 2 – 3 hours. The journey by car from Munich takes about 8 – 10 hours.
