If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the rental period begins, without naming a substitute tenant for the same period who enters into the contract on the same terms, the following proportional rents (excluding final cleaning) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses:

Getting there
The town of Podaca is quite easily accessible by plane, car, bicycle, or even public transport. It is located right between Split and Dubrovnik. Split Airport is only 90 km away. You can also rent a car directly at the airport and you will reach the holiday home in about 2 – 3 hours.
The journey by car from Munich takes about 8 – 10 hours.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal da und hatten wiederholt einen sehr entspannten ruhigen Urlaub. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unglaublich sympathisch. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und der Strand mit Liegen direkt vor der Tür. Im Ort sind Shop und Restaurant fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir kommen garantiert wieder.
