Host's notes

Cancellation policy

After signing the contract Azur will send a booking confirmation and a security note to Generali Versicherung. Upon receipt of the security note a deposit of 25% of the rent is due. In case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the start of the journey, the compensation fee is 25% of the rent. In case of a later withdrawal the compensation fee is 95 % of the rent. In this case we will try to let the property to another tenant. If it is possible to let the property elsewhere, you will be reimbursed 75 % of the rent you have paid. If you find another tenant you will get your money back. The withdrawal must be declared in writing. Decisive is the receipt of the declaration.

Wir wurden von Frau Briard sehr freundliche begrüsst und Frau Schedl , die zur gleichen Zeit vor Ort war , hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und die Aussicht sehr genossen .

Das Feriendomizil ist ein Traum. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist super schön etwas abseits vom Trubel was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Das einzige was wir als negativ empfanden war das es am Ende noch eine extra Zahlung für Strom gab. Dies war zwar in der Beschreibung aufgeführt das es noch eine Extrazahkung geben kann, fanden es aber bei diesem Objektpreis nicht angemessen.
