Cancellation policy
After the booking confirmation a deposit of 25% of the rent is due. The remaining amount will be transferred 6 weeks before the start of the trip.
In case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the start of the trip, the compensation fee is 25% of the rent. In case of a later cancellation the compensation fee is 95% of the rent. In these cases Azur will make every effort to rent the property to another party. As far as it is possible to let the object to another party, the customer will be reimbursed 75 % of the rent achieved by this. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
Cancellation must be declared in writing. Decisive is the receipt of the declaration by Azur.

Holiday destination
Approx. 400 m to the sea. Next larger sandy beach in 1km. Small bathing bay in about 500m. The next small shop in about 500m. Centre of les Issambres with supermarket, banks, doctors, restaurants and other shops approx. 2.5 km. At 5 minutes walking distance there is a small restaurant (La Maison) with traiteurservice, bread, croissants and newspapers. Two other restaurants about 10 minutes walk away. Tennis courts about 800 m away, golf courses nearby.
Getting there
Take the Le Puget motorway exit if you are coming from Aix or Frejus if you are coming from Nice. Pass Frejus in the direction of St. Tropez through St. Aygulf to Les Issambres. You will receive an exact route plan when booking.

Wir haben zwei traumhafte Wochen im Hause Aurelia verbringen dürfen! Die Vermieter sind super nett und waren jeder Zeit ansprechbar und auch bei der Übergabe war der Kontakt zauberhaft! Der große Vorteil für uns, da wir nicht so gut französisch sprechen, dass alle Kommunikation auf deutsch laufen kann.
Das Haus ist super aufgeteilt, jedes Zimmer hat eine eigene Dusche und zwei sogar ein WC dazu. Der Blick ist atemberaubend aufs Meer! Und der Pool gigantisch groß für ein Einzelhaus! Wir haben uns mehr als wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

wir durften eine Woche im Haus Aurelia verbringen und es war wirklich traumhaft.
Man ist schnell an einer schönen Bucht etwas unterhalb des Hauses und auch an anderen Stränden hatten wir vor der Hauptsaison überall genügend Parkplätze. Das Haus ist ein Traum, vor allem die Aussicht auf das Meer. Aber auch die Ausstattung war super, es hat nichts gefehlt, war sauber und man bekam vorab schon viele Infos zum Haus und zur Gegend. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und auch die Dame die das Haus übergeben hat war sehr zuvorkommend. Für unsere Kids war der Pool das grosse Highlight.
Nur einen kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag hätten wir: Mückengitter in den Schlafzimmern. Aber das ist wirklich Jammern auf hohem Niveau.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter!
