There is no tenant protection (tenant is liable for damages incurred itself).
In case of withdrawal, the following cancellation fees apply:
• 20% of the total price from the conclusion of the contract and up to 60 days before the start of the journey
• From 59 to 30 days before departure 40% of the total price
• from 29 to 8 days before departure: 80% of the total price
• from 7 days before departure to not show: 100% of the total price.
The resignation must be in writing, the date of receipt is decisive. The customer has the opportunity to prove that a lesser or no damage was incurred.
We recommend you get travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
The holiday house is situated on Costa Calma (calm coast), the narrowest place on Fuerteventura. Costa Calma is one of the most popular tourist towns, there are many shops, restaurants and leasure activities. The house, is situated on one of the best places on this coast section (only private resorts). The light-coloured sandy beach which begins here reaches almost until the end of the island in Morro Jable.

Wir haben unseren ersten Aufenthalt in der Casa Dominio sehr genossen. Die Villa ist großzügig, stilvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen haben uns die neue Küche und das moderne Bad am zweiten Schlafzimmer, hochwertig und durchdacht gestaltet. Der wunderschöne Innenhof mit dem separaten Apartment ist ein Highlight und bietet viel Privatsphäre. Pool und Aussicht sind traumhaft, alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die ruhige Lage sorgt für Erholung, gleichzeitig erreicht man Restaurants und Ausflugsziele schnell. Gastgeber Lars ist herzlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns mit tollen Tipps unterstützt. Für uns war es ein perfekter Urlaub und sicher nicht der letzte. Liebe Grüße Familie Heinrich

Unser Aufenthalt in der Casa Dominio, schon zum zweiten Mal, war einfach großartig! Die Villa bietet viel Platz und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Pool und der atemberaubenden Aussicht. Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und alles war super sauber und gepflegt. Die ruhige Lage sorgt für maximale Erholung, gleichzeitig ist man aber auch schnell bei Restaurants. Der Gastgeber Lars ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, er gab uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden die Villa jederzeit weiterempfehlen! Und kommen 2025 wieder zurück ins Casa Dominio.
