Cancellation policy
There is no tenant protection (tenant is liable for damages incurred itself).
In case of withdrawal, the following cancellation fees apply:
• 20% of the total price from the conclusion of the contract and up to 60 days before the start of the journey
• From 59 to 30 days before departure 40% of the total price
• from 29 to 8 days before departure: 80% of the total price
• from 7 days before departure to not show: 100% of the total price.
The resignation must be in writing, the date of receipt is decisive. The customer has the opportunity to prove that a lesser or no damage was incurred.
We recommend you get travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
The holiday house is situated on Costa Calma (calm coast), the narrowest place on Fuerteventura. Costa Calma is one of the most popular tourist towns, there are many shops, restaurants and leasure activities. Since La Torre (the tower), is situated on one of the best places on this coast section (only private resorts). The light-coloured sandy beach which begins here reaches almost until the end of the island in Morro Jable.

Traum, traumhafter, Torre 5. Sofort hat diese tolle Wohnung unser Herz erobert. Eine Woche durften wir hier verbringen. Die gesamte Abwicklung war super. Lars bekommt meine absolute Weiterempfehlung. Der Ausblick dieser Wohnung ist der Hammer. Egal ob vom Bett, von der Terrasse oder aus der Küche. Das Rauschen des Meeres hat uns jeden Abend sanft in den Schlaf gewogen. Erholung pur. Die Wohnung ist für Selbstversorger perfekt ausgestattet. Auch das Auto muss nicht 5x um den Block gefahren werden um einen Platz zu finden. Die Betten sind bequem und auch die Liegen auf der Terrasse sind super gemütlich. Was sollen wir sagen. Der nächste Urlaub ist bereits gebucht. Denn Vorfreude ist doch die schönste Freude. Und so zählen wir nun die Tage, bis wir wieder dort sein werden.

Wieder einmal eine traumhafte Woche in Torre 5, beste Lage an der Costa Calma, es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, immer wieder gerne :-)))
