Cancellation policy
The tenant's and landlord's right to terminate the lease is governed by statutory provisions. §§ 573 to 573b BGB do not apply, as the living space is rented for temporary use only according to § 549 paragraph 2 no. 1 BGB.
If the tenant terminates the lease before the end of the rental period, they must compensate the landlord for the loss of rent. The loss of rent corresponds to the agreed rent minus the landlord's saved expenses amounting to a flat rate of 10 percent of the rental price, up to a maximum of 100.00 euros. The tenant does not owe the loss of rent if and to the extent that the landlord can rent the property to someone else. In this case, the tenant only owes a "processing fee" amounting to 20 percent of the rental price and any difference in rent if the landlord has rented the property to the replacement tenants at a discount.
The right to terminate the contract without notice for good cause is reserved for both parties.

Skiing:
For those who crave variety, the "Wilder Kaiser - Brixental" ski area might not be enough. In approximately a 20-minute drive, you can reach Kirchberg, which provides access to the Kitzbühel ski area, and in about the same amount of time, you can get to Wildschönau, another very beautiful and large ski and hiking area.
With the "AllStarCard," you can purchase a ticket that grants access to all the aforementioned ski areas.
Hiking Opportunities:
Explore the protected "Kaisergebirge" mountain range, where no ski lifts spoil the view.
If you prefer a more "relaxed" approach, you'll find numerous lifts and hikes with fascinating panoramas in the Brixental, Wildschönau, and the Kitzbühel Alps.
Getting there
The Chalet Grand Wastl is located between Wörgl and Itter and has the official address Pinnersdorf 18, House 8, 6300 Wörgl.
Coming from the Inntal motorway, take the Wörgl-Ost exit towards St. Johann / Brixental (B178). After about 4 km, turn right towards "Wörgl Boden" immediately after passing through a tunnel.
At the T-junction that appears after about 100 m, turn left and then follow the signs to "Chalets im Brixental".
The path to the chalet is relatively steep. In winter, you will need snow chains if the weather requires.
Chalet Grand Wastl is the furthest right of the first three chalets in the complex when viewed from the ascent. It has the house number "8".
If you are using a navigation device, the address "Pinnersdorf 19, 6300 Wörgl" should guide you to your destination.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche im Chalet Grand Wastl verbracht. Tagsüber konnten wir die Skipisten unsicher machen und am Nachmittag/Abend gemütliche Familienzeit im Chalet verbringen. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, Spiele waren vorhanden und die Fußbodenheizung war eine Wohltat nach einem Tag auf der Skipiste. Nur einen Abschwaschlappen und Spülmaschinentabs haben wir an unserem ersten Urlaubstag - Sonntag - vermisst.
Vom Chalet aus waren verschiedene Skilift-Stationen (Hopfgarten, Söll, Westendorf) mit dem Auto in weniger als 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Pisten waren nicht überlaufen und die Skischule in Hopfgarten können wir auch weiterempfehlen.
Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit im Chalet und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir sind seit Jahren Wiederholungstäter und verbringen sehr gern unseren Skiurlaub im Chalet.
Es ist zwar immer mit einer kurzen Autofahrt bis zum Einstieg ins Skigebiet verbunden, allerdings entschädigt die ruhige und traumhafte Lage des Hauses.
