Cancellation policy
The tenant's and landlord's right to terminate the lease is governed by statutory provisions. §§ 573 to 573b BGB do not apply, as the living space is rented out for temporary use only according to § 549 para. 2 no. 1 BGB. If the tenant terminates the lease before the end of the rental period, they must compensate the landlord for the loss of rent. The loss of rent is equal to the agreed rent minus the landlord's saved expenses, which amount to a flat rate of 10 percent of the rental price, up to a maximum of 100.00 euros. The tenant does not owe the loss of rent if and to the extent that the landlord can rent the property to someone else. In this case, the tenant only owes a "processing fee" of 20 percent of the rental price and any rental difference, if the landlord has rented the property to the replacement tenants at a discount. The right to terminate the lease without notice for an important reason is reserved for both parties.

Holiday destination
Skiing: If the variety of the "Wilder Kaiser - Brixental" ski area is not enough, in about 20 minutes by car, you can reach Kirchberg, the gateway to the Kitzbühel ski area, and in also about 20 minutes drive, you find the Wildschönau, which is also a very beautiful and large ski and hiking area. With the "AllStarCard," you can purchase a ticket that grants access to all the aforementioned ski areas. Hiking opportunities: Explore the protected "Kaisergebirge" mountains, where no ski lifts spoil the view. If you prefer a more "relaxed" approach, you will find numerous lifts and hikes with fascinating panoramas in the Brixental, Wildschönau, and the Kitzbühel Alps.
Getting there
Chalet Wastl is located between Wörgl and Itter with the official address "Pinnersdorf 18", 6300 Wörgl. Coming from the Inntal motorway, take the Wörgl-Ost exit towards St. Johann / Brixental (B178). After about 4 km, turn right directly after passing a tunnel towards "Wörgl Boden". At the T-junction that appears after about 100 m, turn left and then follow the signs to "Chalets im Brixental". The path to the chalet is quite steep. In winter, snow chains may be required depending on the weather conditions. Chalet Wastl is the first chalet on the premises. It has the house number "7". If you are using a navigation device, the address "Pinnersdorf 19, 6300 Wörgl" should lead you to the destination.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub im erweiterten Familienkreis (2 Ehepaare 60+ mit erwachsenen Kindern) im Chalet Grand Wastl verbracht. Wir waren Skifahren, Einstieg ins Skigebiet Wilder Kaiser mal in Itter, mal in Scheffau, mal in Brixen. Wetter und Schnee gut. Das Chalet mit 5 Schlafzimmern auf zwei Ebenen mit schönen alten Holzschränken war für unsre 8-köpfige Gruppe genau richtig. Bäder mit Fußbodenheizung, ebenerdigen Duschen und großen Handtuchheizkörpern sehr angenehm. Küche gut ausgestattet. Auf der Eckbank und den bequemen Stühlen um den großen Holztisch haben wir gerne Platz genommen zum gemeinsamen Essen und Spielen. Großer Ferseher mit verstellbarer Halterung, WLAN, überdachte Terrasse vor dem Eingang. Gute Betreuung vor Ort. Für all das 5 Sterne! Es fehlt eigentlich nur ein Skischuhwärmer.
