Cancellation policy
If a reservation is annulled/cancelled, cancellation charges will apply. This amount is 30% of the total cost if canceled up to 28 days before departure (reservation costs or any payment method costs incurred are non-refundable). If 28 days or less before departure, the entire cost will be charged. If you have not arrived at your destination 24 hours after the agreed start of the journey, this will be considered a cancellation.

Holiday destination
Park Watervilla's Zuiderhoeve is located where the two provinces of Brabant and Zeeland meet, directly on the open waters of the south-western delta area. The Krammer Volkerak can be reached via a branch of the Steenbergse Vliet.
In the delta area you will also find many historic villages, in beautiful routes to Zierikzee, Willemstad or Veere. The area around De Heen is also very varied on land. "De Brabantse Wal" is a kind of central park between Rotterdam and Antwerp.
Getting there
On the day of arrival you can move into your rented accommodation from 3 p.m.
If you arrive earlier and the accommodation is already cleaned and prepared, you can collect the key earlier. If the accommodation is not ready yet, you might be able to do some shopping in Steenbergen (there is an Albert Heijn and a Jumbo supermarket) or have a cup of coffee at Eetcafé 't Goeleven (located at the entrance of Watervilla's Zuiderhoeve).

Experience water and tranquility at Nautic Rentals. The philosophy of experiencing the water directly is reflected in all accommodation: just sitting in the living room, taking a dip in the water from the terrace, or through a boat trip (with your own boat or one rented from Nautic Rentals).
Nautic Rentals started renting waterfront homes in 2009, and now the organization is renting out dozens of homes in different locations. In the historic city center of Zierikzee is the main office from where an enthusiastic team runs the back office, on site Nautic Rentals has a reception or working with local staff for the front office.
