Cancellation policy
If a reservation is annulled/cancelled, cancellation charges will apply. This amount is 30% of the total cost if canceled up to 28 days before departure (reservation costs or any payment method costs incurred are non-refundable). If 28 days or less before departure, the entire cost will be charged. You can insure yourself against this risk by taking out cancellation insurance when you make your reservation. If you have not arrived at your destination 24 hours after the agreed start of the journey, this will be considered a cancellation.

Krammerlodges Oude-Tonge is situated in a beautiful location on the edge of the pleasant village of Oude-Tonge on the island of Goeree-Overflakkee. From the park you can sail directly onto the vast waters of the Krammer and the Volkerak: two former sea arms that are closed off from the tides thanks to the Delta Plan. These freshwater lakes are a popular area for fishing enthusiasts and water sports enthusiasts.

Getting there
You can enter the rented accommodation after 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival.
Should you arrive earlier and the property has been cleaned and made ready, you can receive the key prior to 3.00 pm. However, if the accommodation is not yet ready you may want to do some grocery shopping in the village of Oude-Tonge (there is an Albert Heijn and an Aldi) or enjoy a cup of coffee at the Hotel Restaurant Lely on the village square.

Host informationThe gentle rustling of the sea, the rolling of the waves, the rippling water that laps at the coast. Water has a healing and soothing effect. You can experience water and tranquility at Nautic Rentals. All accommodations must match with the philosophy where the renters can directly experience the water, sitting in the living room, taking a dive right from the terrace or through a boat ride (with their own boat or a boat rented via Nautic Rentals).
Nautic Rentals started to rent out houses on the water's edge in 2009. Now, the organisation rents out dozens of houses at various locations. The main office is located in the historical city centre of Zierikzee, and a team with enthusiastic staff runs the back office here. Nautic Rentals either has reception desks on-site or has partnerships with local parties for the front office functions.
