Holiday destination
Welcome to Austria! Dive into the Neusiedler See region in Burgenland, the land of the sun - we are spoiled by 300 sunny days a year and our wine, which we enjoy outside on balmy days well into October. Burgenland is one of the mildest regions in Austria and Mörbisch is the ideal starting point for your excursions (Vienna, Bratislava, 1 hour by car!). and the cycling paradise par excellence - the Neusiedlersee cycling trail was awarded 5 stars by the German automobile club ADAC!
Getting there
Mörbisch is 1 hour's drive (60 km) south of Vienna, near the Hungarian border. Take the autobahn to Eisenstadt, then take a country road that meanders through typical Burgenland villages towards Lake Neusiedl and towards Mörbisch. Public transport: by bus from Vienna or by train to Schützen am Gebirge. We will be more than glad to pick you up from the train station.
