Getting there
Follow the Roma - Grosseto, Cecina, and San Vincenzo motorway for about 25 km.
At the Donoratico exit, continue towards Castagneto Carducci and Sassetta. After about 6 km, you will reach a sharp curve; continue on the road towards Monteverdi Marittimo.
At signpost 14.7, you will reach the GUALDA junction.
The property is accessed via a typical Tuscan gravel road about 1.8 km long. It is not a paved, asphalted road. Drive slowly! The road to paradise is rocky. Not suitable for low-slung sports cars.

Host informationIn 1994, Pierre discovered this property and house as a ruin and rebuilt it. For many years now, we have been sharing our little paradise with our guests who, just like us, appreciate the peace and nature. The feel-good factor is very important to us, and we are always available for questions, requests, and suggestions.
We are a German couple and have been living in Tuscany all year round for several years.

Wer das typische toskanische Leben, abseits des Trubels kennenlernen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Die Unterkunft ist so wie beworben und wie man sich dies wünscht. Für das was Pierre vor über 30 Jahren vorgefunden und was er daraus erschaffen hat, zeigt seine Liebe zu dieser Landschaft. Was für uns jedoch noch wertvoller war und ist, dass wir Pierre und Catharina besser kennenlernen durften. Sie füllen diesen Ort mit Geborgenheit, Empathie, Liebe und ganz viel Herz. Mit Vorfreude auf den nächsten Urlaub im Paradies wünschen wir allen Menschen die diese Bewertung lesen eine friedvollere Welt mit noch mehr Sonne im Herzen. P.S. Wer auf dem Wald/Schotterweg zum Anwesen mit seinem Porsche aufsitzt und sich Sorgen bezüglich der Rückfahrt mit möglichem wiederaufsitzen macht ist hier falsch!!

Die Unterkunft ist exakt so, wie sie beworben wird. Der morgendliche Blick aus der Ferienwohnung Casa Infantina ein Traum, ebenso der Blick auf den Pool und die toskanische Hügellandschaft runderherum. Der Pool ist super sauber und hat eine perfekte Größe um ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen oder für die Kinder zu tauchen und zu planschen. Ein Highlight für die Kinder waren die abendlichen Besucher (Wildschweine), die auf der Suche nach Nahrung ab Sonnenuntergang kurz in der Nähe des Parkplatzes vorbei schauen, sich aber auch sehr (zu) schnell vertreiben lassen.
Herzlichen Dank an Catharina und Pierre für diese sehr schöne Woche, euer Kümmern und Umsorgen!
