This wonderful beach house is located directly on the beach of Donnalucata, at the end of a quiet cul de sac with private parking place. Even in summer the beach isn't flooded by mass tourism.
The main house consists of living-/dining room with mezzazine and two single beds, open space kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and two covered verandahs.
In the guests house there is a shower and a matrimonial bedroom. It can only be rented together with the holiday house.
The holiday house is very comfortable and furnished in mint condition.
Directly at the sandy beach, very quiet position, even in high season there is no mass tourism.

Daily market with fresh fish, fruits and vegetables in walking distance. Shopping facilities, bakeries, pharmacy, banks etc. reachable in a few minutes by foot.
The holiday house is located in Donnalucata, which is very strategic because you can make day trips from Taormina to the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento.
In between there are countless monuments, conservation areas, cities and sites that have been declared by UNESCO a World Heritage Site. Shops and restaurants are located nearby.

Stornierung und Aufenthaltsabbruch
(1) Storniert (kündigt) der Mieter den Vertrag vor dem Mietbeginn, ohne einen Nachmieter zu benennen, der in den Vertrag zu denselben Konditionen eintritt, sind als Entschädigung unter Anrechnung der ersparten Aufwendungen die folgenden anteiligen Mieten zu entrichten, sofern eine anderweitige Vermietung nicht möglich ist:
bis 60 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 0% des Mietpreises (Anzahlung wird zurücküberwiesen, abzüglich 50 € für die Bearbeitung)
59 bis 45 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 30 % des Mietpreises
44 bis 21 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 80 % des Mietpreises
20 bis 0 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 100 % des Mietpreises
Gleichwohl ist der Vermieter bemüht, das Mietobjekt anderweitig zu vermieten.
(2) Bricht der Mieter den Aufenthalt vorzeitig ab, bleibt er zur Zahlung des vollen Mietpreises verpflichtet.
(3) Eine Stornierung bzw. Kündigung kann nur schriftlich erfolgen. Maßgeblich ist der Tag des Zugangs der Erklärung bei dem Vermieter.
