Cancellation policy
The customer has the option to withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of occupancy. The withdrawal must be made in writing. In the event of such a withdrawal, compensation will be claimed:
• for withdrawal up to 60 days before the start of occupancy 30% of the total price.
• for withdrawal from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy 50% of the total price.
• for withdrawal from the 29th to the 1st day before the start of occupancy 80% of the total price.
If the booked property is not occupied without an explicit declaration of withdrawal, the customer remains obliged to pay the total price.
No claim for a refund arises from a later arrival and/or earlier departure.
The customer has the right to provide a substitute participant who takes over the booked services in full.

The luxury villa is situated in a peaceful location just outside the gates of Syracuse, only about 5 minutes from the beach and approximately 7 minutes from Ortigia, the historical center of the city of Syracuse. The small island of Ortigia is a place full of art and culture and is considered one of the most beautiful in the world.
In roughly 40 minutes, you can reach the towns of Avola, Noto, Pachino Marzamemi Portobalo, San Lorenzo, and the famous Calamosche beach.
In 2005, UNESCO declared Syracuse along with the Necropolis of Pantalica a World Heritage Site.

The best way to arrive is via Catania Airport and the Catania-Syracuse motorway.
