The holiday apartment Vivo (which means: I live) has a living space of 100 m² and offers two rooms which are separated with stairs in an archway. In one of the other rooms you can find a double bed, on the upper storey there are two single beds.
Next to this room is the bath with shower, as well as a large dining room (soggiorno) with chimney, a fully equipped kitchen and a sunny terrace which has about 25 m² and offers a view to the Maremma. On the terrace you can relax and enjoy the sun from morning to evening.
The holiday apartment is individual, rustic and is equipped with materials from the property and offers therefore a lot of comfort. Many quiet shady places are surrounding the accommodation and enable you to rest and relax, while you enjoy the flavour of lavender and the gorgeous view to the nearly located Seggiano.
Child, Woman and Man are walking through the olive grove, are passing by fragrant salvia and scots pine as well as oak tree forests to the river Vivo, which means: I live.
The river invites you to have a nice bath. Adventure! Wildlife! A paradise!

Montalcino (19 km) is the home of Vino Brunello and offers the best ice-cream in the world.
Bagno die San Filippo (29 km) offers sulphur springs and naturally formed bathtubs.
Montepulciano (39 km) has beautiful buildings of the renaissance.
A must: the café Poliziano, built in 1868 which offers an overwhelming view to the landscape which was also admired by Federico Fellini.
