Getting there
From the Ruhr area: Take the A3 motorway via Emmerich, which turns into the A12 towards Utrecht, A2 towards Amsterdam, A9 towards Alkmaar, N9 to Julianadorp Zuid, then head west towards the dunes.
From the north of Germany: via Groningen, Afsluitdijk, Den Oever, towards Den Helder, N9 to Julianadorp Zuid.

Vorab: Wir hatten die wahrscheinlich schönste Woche erwischt, 8 Tage Sonne und 3o Grad. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr gepflegt und strandnah (ca. 15 Min.). Bei den Häusern gibt es allerdings deutliche Unterschiede in der Ausstattung und Zustand. Vor allem bei der Einrichtund merkt man, ob von privat genutzt und gepflegt. Unser Haus war eher funktionell eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts in der Einrichtung und Küche (außer Backofen - Gasherd). Die Treppe zum OG mit den 3 SZ ist steil (wie üblich), aber noch begehbar, wir hatten schon steilere. DIe Betten sind hier der Schwachpunkt - es sollten die Matratzen mal erneuert werden! Vor allem in einem SZ, total durchgelegen!
Fazit: grundsätzlich für Familien mit Kind und Hund ein idealer Aufenthaltsort und wenn man nicht zu kritisch ist, auch ein akzeptables Haus.
