Cancellation policy
The tenant may withdraw from the rental agreement before the start of the rental period by providing written notice to the landlord. The relevant time is when the landlord receives the notice of withdrawal. If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement, they must pay a lump sum compensation for the expenses already incurred by the landlord and the lost profit as follows:
Withdrawal up to the 45th day before the start of the rental period: 20% (but at least 25.00) Withdrawal up to the 35th day before the start of the rental period: 50% Thereafter and in case of no-show 80%
The tenant is entitled to prove that the landlord suffered no damage or significantly less damage. Upon withdrawal from the contract, the tenant may name a substitute tenant who is willing to enter into the existing contractual relationship in their place. The landlord may object to the entry of the third party if they appear to be economically or personally unreliable.
If a third party enters into the rental agreement, they and the previous tenant are jointly and severally liable to the landlord for the rent and any additional costs arising from the entry of the third party. The landlord is obliged in good faith to re-let accommodation that is not used and must offset any savings against the cancellation fees claimed by them. The tenant is advised to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
Callantsoog is located about 12 km south of Den Helder, right behind the dunes. This region boasts the most sunshine hours in the Netherlands.
The village center, with various restaurants and shops, has a cozy atmosphere. Shopping is possible from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. During the season, various events take place in the town center.
Callantsoog offers direct access to the long beach. The nature reserve Het Zwanenwater (breeding ground for over 70 bird species) is situated at the entrance to the town.

Ein wunderschönes und sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Hier fühlt man sich wie Zuhause. Es war einfach traumhaft. Selten so ein bis ins Detail super ausgestattetes Ferienhaus gesehen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für diese wunderschöne Urlaubszeit in ihrem Haus.

Wir sind Wiederholungstäter, d.h. wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem sehr schönen und sehr gut eingerichtetem Haus. Wir haben bei sehr sonnigem Wetter viele Radtouren gemacht und unterwegs in kleinen niederländischen Cafe gegessen.
Die Lage ist schön ruhig und man kann sich sehr gut erholen, aber man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand und auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe gelegen.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
