Amazing pool with jacuzzi.The railway station at the end of the 19th century was done by Austrian State Railways. On the road, between the two towns there is a church of St. Brice, demolished in 1786.

In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.

Holiday destination
Salambati is a village in southeastern Istria, near Rovinj.
It is well connected with Svetvincenat, Kanfanar and Krmed. The residents are mostly engaged in traditional agriculture (cultivation of vines). And now it makes up nearly a unified whole with the neighbouring village Smoljanci.
The core of the old village consists of one-story houses connected in series and enclosed by high walls. At the center of the village there is the church of Our Lady of Health from the 18th century.

Eine Traumvilla, wie auf den Bildern abgebildet, mit einem Traum-Pool. Wir waren von der ersten Sekunde an begeistert. Es gab alles, angefangen Klimaanlage im ganzen Haus, TV in allen Zimmern. Espressomaschine. Man findet immer wieder was neues. Top gepflegt mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Ich zähle mich zu den anspruchsvollen Urlaubern. Alles wurde zu 100 % erfüllt. Der Vermieter war super nett, brachte uns 1 x Fleisch zum Grillen und ein Abschiedsgeschenk. Natürlich war der nächste Supermarkt einige km entfernt, aber wir hatten ein Auto dabei. 10 Tage Erholung liegen hinter uns. Wir kommen wieder und es wird immer unser Favorit in Kroatien bleiben. Wir können es zu 100 % empfehlen.

Alles tatsächlich wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Tolles, gepflegtes Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Vor allem der Pool ist großartig und auch der Gastgeber ist super. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und alle waren mehr als zufrieden. Wir kommen gern wieder.
