Casa Veritá is located on a 3 level terraced large property and adjoins to the open countryside. There are 3 buildings on the property, the main house, the outhouse and the Rustico (old barn). The ground floor of the main house contains the spacious living room, a library and the kitchen.
On the ground floor of the main house you'll find the comfortable living room with a fireplace, the fully equipped kitchen and guest bathroom are right next to it. There are 3 bedrooms for 7 people as well as the bathroom on the first floor. You'll find another free room on the second floor that can be used as another place to sleep.
The outhouse has two rooms, a bathroom and a bunk bed.
Enjoy a glass of wine and some ham on two terraces.

The property is completely fenced - dogs are welcome.

San Daniele del Friuli is located at the foothill of the Venetian Alps at about 200 meters close to Udine.
The sea and our favourite bathing place Sassano Mare close to Triest, are a 60 minute drive away, Venice about 75 minutes; you'll need about half an hour to get to the mountains (nice ski areas) and 20 minutes to Udine.
San Daniele is a quiet town with a beautiful elevated Piazza which is surrounded by the most important facilities of the Italian life - Bar, Enoteca, Liberia and Duomo. There are many ways from the house up to the city, including panorama stairs.
The Tagliamento, the river that later flows into the Adriatic sea, is only 15 minutes away and offers a welcome cooling off in summer if you don't want to go to the sea.
By car via Salzburg/Tauernautobahn/Villach/Tarvisio. First Exit past the mountains: "Osoppo" and then follow the signs to San Daniele.
By train to Udine central station; continue with local bus service every hour (trip take 30 minutes)
By plane to Venice and from there take a rental car (about 75 minutes) or the train (about 2 hours).
