Cancellation policy
On booking you have to pay an amount of 25 % of the rental price as a prepayment.
The remaining amount has to be paid until 30 days before the journey.
A cancellation without charge is possible until 90 days before the journey.
With a cancellation between 60 and 90 days before the journey 25 % of the rental price has to be paid.
With a cancellation less than 60 days before the journey the whole rental price has to be paid - with a subletting only 25 % of the rental price are due.
A deposit of 500,- € has to be paid on booking, which will be transferred after the holidays, provided that the accommodation has been left without damage.

Water sports are most likely offered near to the sea. As your accommodation is located directly at the sea chances are high to try some water sports out, but also other facilities like horse riding, golfing and a cart track are offered. So there are facilities for every age group!

In La Mole there is a little grocery, a really good bakery and two restaurants.

Frau Schulz-Kastl hat mit diesem Feriendomizil einen absoluten Ort der Ruhe und Erholung geschaffen. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen und die liebevolle und persönliche Einrichtung schaffen einen wunderschönen Rückzugsort.
Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles vorhaben, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt benötigt.
Der große Pool und der Poolbereich inmitten der mediterranen Natur war einfach nur toll.
Der riesige Garten schafft völlige Abgeschiedenheit und insbesondere unsere Hunde hatten Spaß und genügen Platz zum Toben und Erkunden.
Wir waren zwei Wochen vor Ort und hatten Dank der vielen Tipps im "Hausordner" zusätzlich viele Ideen für Unternehmungen. Es war eine schöne und vor allem erholsame Zeit und wenn wir wieder einmal in dieser Gegend Urlaub machen, dann dort.

An der Eingangstür steht Ici, c'est le paradis! Was will man hier als Kommentar noch mehr sagen? Außer: Stimmt! Idyllisch inmitten von Weinbergen, umsäumt von großen landestypischen Gehölzen, liegt ein Anwesen, in dem man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bietet es alles, was man sich im Urlaub wünscht. Wir (Eltern, 2 Kinder) sind früher jeden Tag zum Strand gefahren. Dank des schönen Pools kann man sich diese Fahrerei sparen und auch mal zu Hause relaxen. Fazit: Wir haben uns schon 2 Mal sehr wohl gefühlt im Paradies und freuen uns bereits jetzt auf das 3. Mal!
