Cancellation policy
The guest may cancel the contract at any time before the start of occupancy. If the cancellation occurs up to 61 days before the start of the trip, a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price is due. If the cancellation is made between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. For a later cancellation, the cancellation fee is 90% of the rental price. In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g., for short-term rebookings, voucher conversions, etc.), different cancellation rates apply. If the trip is not commenced, the entire rental price will be charged minus any services not utilized, provided that these are not included in the daily or weekly rate as a flat rate according to the price list.

Holiday destination
The cozy natural stone Rustico is located in a typical village on the western shore of Lake Como. In the neighborhood, there are other rustic houses, most of which have been restored and are inhabited.
The house has a Mediterranean-planted garden with palms around the terrace, from which you also have a lake view. Next to the house is another piece of garden that borders a charming courtyard. Here you can also play ball.
The district of Sant'Anna is car-free, and the house is reached via a footpath that leads 30m from the parking lot to the house. Hence the special tranquility of this place!
Beach, shops, bakeries, restaurants, etc. can be reached in 5 minutes by car or in 15 minutes on foot.

Das urige Rustico bietet alles was man zum entspannen braucht. Sehr schöne Aussicht auf den Comer See, bequeme Betten, typisch italienische Wohngegend mit Rustico's und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung. Frau Sonnak war jederzeit ansprechbar und reagierte umgehend.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in diesem gemütlichen, sehr sauberen Haus bei schönstem Herbstwetter. Das Haus selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen. Da es ischon etwas kühl wurde, haben wir die Wärme des Kamins genossen (es gibt gute Holzbriketts zu vernünftigen Preisen in den Supermärkten). Der Ausblick vom Balkon und die Ruhe im Weiler waren fantastisch. Leider schaffte es die Herbstsonne nicht mehr bis auf den Balkon oder in den Garten. Das wäre noch das letzte i-Tüpfelchen gewesen. Ansonsten alles prima!
