The cost of final cleaning is included in the price. For stays under 5 days, we charge a final cleaning fee of €25.00.

Payment: Please pay the remaining amount in cash on site.

To recharge your batteries, you primarily need two things: plenty of peace and plenty of nature. The path leads you directly from Partschins up to us. Here, at 940 meters, our picturesque farm with its three cozy apartments stands, offering a breathtaking view down into the valley.
Getting there
Coming from Germany via the Munich - Innsbruck - Brenner - Bolzano - Merano motorway. Continue towards Reschen / Vinschgau until Töll (5 km), then turn right and another 1 km to Partschins. Follow the signs to Niederhaushof. You can easily find us on Google Maps or via an updated navigation system.

Hallo Fam. Haller wie jedes Jahr haben wir wieder einen wunder schonen Urlaub bei Euch gehabt, wir werde die 7 Tage bei Euch nicht so schnell vergessen. Zur Ferienwohnung ,kann man nur sagen einfach, top ,, top ,top so wunder schön sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr herzliche Familie Haller einfach Danke schön an euch wir freuen uns schon auf September 2020 wieder

Auf dem Niederhaushof kann man wunderbar Urlaub machen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allem, was man benötigt, dazu sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich, Frau Haller überraschte uns sogar mit selbstgebackenem Apfelstrudel und im Flur stand immer ein Körbchen mit Äpfeln zum Mitnehmen. Der Hof liegt am Hang in absolut ruhiger Lage und vom Balkon aus hat man eine fabelhafte Panoramasicht in das Etschtal bis nach Meran. Vom Haus aus kann man direkt die schönsten Wandertouren unternehmen.
