Gruissan is an old, picturesque fishing village that has preserved its historical character. The medieval town center, the modern, large marina, the beautiful nature reserve and mountain range 'La Clape', as well as the restaurants and bars, shops and recreational facilities, and the weekly market are all within easy walking distance from the house.
The house is situated right on the water of the lagoon, with the open sea about 1200 meters away.
Worth seeing in the area are Narbonne, Béziers, and Carcassonne.
From the A9, take exit number 37 Narbonne-Est and follow the signs to Gruissan. The distance from Narbonne highway to Gruissan is about 12 km.
From the roundabout at the entrance of the town, head towards Plage de Grazel, where the house is located. Along with the information documents and the front door key, you will also receive a detailed access map.
